All the bills receipts are sent from email@example.com email address, we however use your company name set as part of JSON request in "From Name" and use your "Reply To" E-mail as the reply-to address if any of your customers were to respond to a email. If you require bills to be sent from your own email address and domain, it requires additional cost, access to your domain records and adding SPF and DKIM records with your hosting provider.
For every API request to OxeBox platform, you need to authenticate yourself via partnerid and authkey. We need the businessid to get different bill details and customization fields from oxebox business dashboard.
PartnerId, authkey and businessid is sent on your registered email address as soon as signup process is done and account is verified. You can also find them in your OxeBox Business Dashboard under API section
OxeBox digital bill recipts are sent to customer email address and it's not necessary to download Oxebox app to view bills. However we encourage users to start using OxeBox mobile app to get all your bills at a single place.
There is no provision to modify any existing bill receipt that is already sent to the customer, however you can mark the receipt as cancelled in system via "cancel an alredy generated Bill Receipt” API and generate a new bill receipt via “generate a new bill” API.
Sending bill receipts to OxeBox App or user email address is completely free. However we have a cost to send SMS for OxeBox bill receipts and this features is only available with custom plan. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details
